Food Is Medicine. Your Biology is the Prescription

At JustBE, nutrition is not a meal plan. It is a complete lifestyle system built around who you are biologically, and what your body is actually asking for.

Beyond Diet Culture.
Into Root-Cause Wellness.

Most nutrition programs tell you what to eat. Dr. Marchuk’s approach asks something deeper: what does your specific body need?

Drawing on blood type nutrition principles, advanced lab testing, and a comprehensive view of your lifestyle including sleep, stress, hormones, exercise, and home environment, Dr. Marchuk builds a nutritional roadmap that is genuinely yours. Not borrowed from a trend. Not copied from a protocol. Yours.

Two people can eat the same foods and have completely different outcomes. Understanding your biology is the difference between guessing and knowing.

Nutrition Is Not Just What You Eat.

Most programs stop at food. At JustBE, nutrition is understood as a complete system. Dr. Marchuk addresses six interconnected pillars in every program, because none of them can be separated from the others.

Food

What you eat and how your body processes it based on your blood type. Not everyone thrives on the same foods. Blood type nutrition identifies which foods work with your specific physiology and which ones work against it.

Sleep

How rest affects metabolism, cortisol, and cellular function. Poor or inconsistent sleep disrupts hunger hormones, impairs glucose regulation, and makes every other part of a nutrition program harder to sustain.

Hormones

How hormonal balance or imbalance drives cravings, weight, and energy. Estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, cortisol, and insulin all influence how the body processes and stores nutrients.

Stress

How chronic stress depletes nutrients and disrupts digestion. Stress is not just a mental health concern. It has direct, measurable effects on the gut, the immune system, and the body’s ability to absorb and use what you eat.

Exercise

How movement type and frequency interact with your specific physiology. The right kind of exercise supports a nutrition program. The wrong kind can undermine it. Dr. Marchuk addresses both. She will tell you which is which.

Home & Lifestyle

Environmental and lifestyle factors that silently affect how you feel every day. Air quality, chemical exposure, sleep environment, relationship dynamics, and daily rhythms all influence the body’s baseline state.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between what Dr. Marchuk does and a standard nutrition program?
Most nutrition programs give you a plan built around general guidelines. Dr. Marchuk builds around your specific biology, using blood type nutrition principles, CBC panels, and food allergen testing to identify what your body actually needs. Two people can follow the same plan and have completely different outcomes. Understanding your individual physiology is what makes the difference.
Lab work is a core part of how the program works. A CBC panel and food allergen testing give Dr. Marchuk the data she needs to make informed recommendations rather than educated guesses. In most cases labs can be ordered following your initial consultation and reviewed together before your plan is finalized.
It starts with a deep-dive consultation covering your health history, lifestyle, current symptoms, and goals. From there, Dr. Marchuk develops a blood type nutrition protocol, reviews your lab results, and builds a personalized plan that addresses food, sleep, hormones, stress, and exercise together. Ongoing coaching and adjustments are included throughout.
Yes. Consultations, coaching sessions, lab result reviews, and program adjustments are all available via telehealth. The initial consultation and any in-office lab draws may require an in-person visit, but the ongoing program can run entirely virtually for clients who prefer it.
Most clients begin noticing meaningful shifts in energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing within the first four to six weeks as dietary changes take effect and deficiencies are addressed. Deeper metabolic and hormonal changes typically become more apparent over three months. This is a program built for lasting results, not a quick fix.
